General Conditions:

The rate quoted is subject to 8% Service Tax, non-commissionable and in Ringgit Malaysia.
In compliance with the Malaysian Government's Tourism Tax applied as of 1st September 2017, a tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room, per night, will be charged at the hotel upon checkout. As per guidelines issued by the relevant authorities, Malaysian nationals and permanent residents with a valid MyPRcard are exempt.
Room rates quoted are inclusive of daily buffet breakfast for one or two persons.
Wired and wireless internet connection on complimentary basis (up to 2 users per room). Guest login the internet in guest room are entitle wireless access in guest room and at Common Area, Food and Beverage Outlets & Meeting area at Level 1&Level 2.
Bed type (king / twin bedded) is subject to availability.
Quoted bedroom rates will be offered, based on room type availability, to your attendees three (03) calendar days before and three (03) Calendar days after the Event Dates.
Check-in time is from 15:00 onwards; check-out time is 12:00. Complimentary early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Hotel reserved the right to charge an early check-in fee of one night charge and a late check-out fee of half of one night charge before 18:00hours and one night charge after18:00 hours. Attendees wishing to avoid a late check-out fee should advise us at check-in of any need for an extended check-out time
Any No Show or Cancellation on check-in date, Hotel will charge a penalty of full length of stay of the confirmed date.
